Tom Bartchak

Tom Bartchak received a BS in Accounting from Penn State and proceeded to get a CPA and work in public accounting and auditing until he realized that technology was his calling. After having spent a few years in a technology management position in a major corporation, he was recruited by a search firm. But rather than taking the position he was being offered, he decided to start a career in professional recruiting. After getting trained by leaders in the field, he and Ellen decided to form their own firm: TeleQuest.

Ellen Dansky received a BS degree from SUNY with a major in Speech Pathology and Audiology and a minor in Psychology and was in the pharmaceutical industry when she met a technical recruiter at a neighborhood meeting. After a short business discussion the recruiter mentioned an opening in her office and urged her to come in for an interview. The rest, as they say, is history. She accepted the position, was trained by one of the pioneers in field, became highly successful within a few short months and knew this was meant to be her future. She met Tom Bartchak and they formed a team.

They established a stellar reputation, their names became well known in the industry and they decided to form their own firm, TeleQuest. They have become leaders in the technical staffing industry, have spoken at numerous industry events and have placed thousands of technical professionals at all levels in every industry sector.
